Electric Accent

Hey, people! The weather's been terrible lately. It was raining cats and dogs, everything was wet and grey. You always want to hide in something very cozy and warm with a cup of tea and a great film at the days like these. Still, I was not going to give up. I simply had to do something to brighten up my day, so I wore these electric pink sneakers. As any other thing with a super bright color, they attract a huge attention and that has already made the world happier. However, the accents in clothes are not always enough and we would have wait for the better weather a little bit more. How do you improve your mood?

Привет! Погода была ужасна в последнее время. Лило как из ведра, все было мокрым и серым. В такие дни всегда хочется укрыться в чем-то уютном и теплом с чашкой чая и хорошим фильмом. Но я не собиралась сдаваться. Я просто должна была сделать что-то, чтобы украсить свой день и потому я одела эти розовые кроссовки. Как любая очень яркая вещь, они привлекают огромное внимание и это уже сделало мир счастливее. Но ярких акцентов в одежде не всегда достаточно и нам все же прийдется подождать погоду по-лучше еще немного. А как Вы поднимаете свое настроение?

Hello, guys! The weather has been so changeable lately. Some days ago we've been almost close to wearing summer clothes and today we have to take our woolen coats from the wardrobes again. The most offensive thing is that you just simply don't want to wear something super warm and as a result you're cold. Even though it was shining and everything seemed to be good, I desperately wanted my gloves to be somewhere nearby to take them on. At least I have pockets in my coat, where I could hide my hands.

But let's not speak about the weather…Let's speak about the look. I always like to find some old stuff at my grandma's and mother's wardrobes. There you can find such incredible things as the bag or the sunnies that are even older than you are. The awesomest thing is when you are able to combine all those vintage items with what's in trend. If you haven't tried that before, then do!

Здравствуйте, друзья! Погода была очень переменчива в последнее время. Несколько дней назад мы уже практически носили летнюю одежду, а сейчас снова нужно доставать свои пальто из шкафов. Самая обидная вещь это то, что ты не хочешь одеваться слишком тепло и в результате тебе все равно холодно. Несмотря на то, что было солнечно, я отчаянно хотела чтобы мои перчатки были где-то рядом чтоб я могла их надеть. По крайней мере у меня есть карманы в пальто, где можно спрятать руки.

Но давайте не о погоде, а давайте об образе. Я всегда любила находить старые вещи в бабушкином и мамином шкафах. Там можно найти невероятные вещи как сумка или очки, которые даже старше тебя. Но самое крутое это когда ты можешь сочетать эти вещи с тем, что сегодня в тренде. Если вы этого никогда не делали, тогда попробуйте!

MBKFD F/W '14/15 Day 3

The third day of MBKFD was as bright as the previous days. I've seen the runway shows of IVANOVA and Anna K that day. Both of them were brilliant. IVANOVA's fabrics seemed to be pretty and I liked the silhouettes. That was also nice that Anna K even walked on the runway herself. Her designs were full of teen spirit and that was a unique collection above all the previous ones. Her signature t-shirts have shocked the fashion world. It is obvious that everyone adored them, because so many people wore them during these days to the shows.

All in all, I think the event has made itself a very influential thing for all people, who are somehow connected with fashion. Ukrainian designers are now knows not only in Ukraine, but in other countries, too. Many international magazines, sites and fashion personalities complimented them. I think that is an incredible result.

Третий день MBKFD был таким же ярким, как и предыдущие. Я посетила показы Лены Ивановой (IVANOVA) и Анны Коломоец (Anna K) в этот день. Оба были невероятны. Ткани IVANOVA казались хорошими и мне понравились силуэты дизайнов. Также было милым и то, что Анна Коломоец дефилировала по подиуму во время своего показа. Ее дизайны были пропитаны подростковым духом и коллекция выглядела уникальной на фоне остальных. Ее футболки с надписями потрясли весь мир моды. Было заметно, что каждый их полюбил, ведь так много людей надевали их на показы в эти дни.

В целом, это событие стало очень влиятельным для всех, кто хоть как-то связан со сферой моды. Украинские дизайнеры сейчас известны не только в Украине, но и в других странах. Многие журналы, сайты и модные деятели их оценили. Я считаю, что это поразительный результат.

MBKFD F/W '14/15 Day 2

The second day of MBKFD. This time I've decided to support the idea of Ukrainian theme. As the motto of this season was "Fashion for peace", I think that was a very appropriate thing to do. The wreath is a popular trend lately and the Ukrainian wreath is a great way to attract people's attention.

I was lucky enough to see the collections of PASKAL and Yasya Minochkina. Their designs were simply gorgeous! I liked many items and their details. I would really enjoy seeing the clothes in the streets of Kyiv and other cities of the world.

Второй день MBKFD. На этот раз я решила поддержать идею украинской тематики. Девиз этого сезона "Мода за мир" и я подумала, что это было уместно. Венок является очень популярным трендом в последнее время, а украинский венок - это отличный способ привлечь внимание людей.
Мне повезло побывать на показах Юлии Паскаль (PASKAL) и Яси Миночкиной (Yasya Minochkina). Их дизайны просто неимоверны! Мне понравились многие вещи и их детали. Я бы хотела видеть эту одежду на улицах Киева и других городов мира.

MBKFD F/W '14/15 Day 1

Hey, guys! My blog is back to life after a very long break and to celebrate that wonderful occasion I've decided to make a post about one of the biggest fashion events in Ukraine that I've been to. Mercedes Benz Kiev Fashion Days (MBKFD) were truly fantastic this time. I've had an opportunity to see all those amazing collections for the next season, get some new inspiration and experience, for sure. On the first day of MBKFD I've seen the Fall/Winter collection of Anna October, who presented it in a very cool way: the show was held at the old cinema with some cuts from the film "Belle de Jour" just behind the stage, where models were walking. The outfits were inspired by the film with Catherine Deneuve and the colors with fabrics impressed me.

Honestly, I don't even know what else should I say now, but for that I've missed this, posting something on my blog, and that I hope that you will enjoy this little new design of it. It's more modern and minimalistic. Привет, ребята! Мой блог возобновляет свою работу после огромного перерыва и я решила сделать пост об одном из самых больших модных событий в Украине, чтобы отметить это замечательное событие. Дни моды в Киеве (MBKFD) были просто фантастические в этот раз. У меня была возможность увидеть все потрясающие коллекции на следующий сезон, получить новые вдохновение и опыт. Мне удалось посмотреть на коллекцию осень/зима Анны Октябрь, которая представила ее очень круто: показ проводился в старом кинотеатре и на заднем фоне сцены, где дефилировали модели, показывались кадры из фильма "Дневная красавица". Наряды были вдохновлены фильмом с Катрин Денёв. Цвета с тканями произвели на меня впечатление.

Честно говоря, я не знаю, что еще нужно сказать. Я просто соскучилась по написанию постов для блога и я надеюсь что вам понравится его новый дизайн. Он более современный и минималистичный.
